At The Atrium, our yoga teachers bring experience and passion to every class, offering styles from dynamic Vinyasa and Ashtanga to calming Yin and restorative practices. Whatever your level, you’ll find a welcoming space to move mindfully, breathe deeply, and build strength, balance and calm—on and off the mat.
Yoga Styles

Vinyasa Flow
A dynamic style of yoga where postures are linked together in a flowing sequence, coordinated with deliberate breath. It builds strength, flexibility and focus while encouraging mindful movement.
Ashtanga Yoga
A structured and physically demanding style, following a set sequence of postures linked by breath. It builds strength, stamina and flexibility, offering both discipline and meditative focus.
Dynamic Vinyasa Flow
An energising variation of Vinyasa that moves at a quicker pace. Expect a lively, challenging and fun practice designed to build stamina, balance and concentration.
Hatha Yoga
A traditional style that focuses on foundational postures, alignment and breathwork. Slower-paced and accessible to all levels, it helps improve strength, balance and awareness while calming the mind.
Yin Yoga
A slow, meditative practice consisting of long-held, passive floor poses. Yin works deeply into the connective tissues, mainly in the lower body, to release tension and improve flexibility.
Postnatal Yoga
A gentle practice designed to support new mothers after childbirth. Postnatal yoga helps rebuild core strength, release tension, and improve posture, while also encouraging relaxation and mindful connection with the body.
Yin Yang Yoga
A balanced practice that combines the stillness of Yin with the active, flowing movements of Yang (Vinyasa-style). It brings together strength and softness, leaving the body both energised and relaxed.
Yogalates
A fusion of yoga and Pilates that combines the strength, posture and core work of Pilates with the flexibility, breath and mindfulness of yoga. Yogalates improves stability, mobility and balance, while also promoting relaxation and body awareness.
