The Spa

Spa only memberships are available, as well as Gym & Spa or Classes & Spa memberships. Our spa includes a sauna, infrared therapy room, steam room, cold plunge pool and hot stone beds.

​Over 18s only. Day passes are available for £20. We ask members to bring their own towels but they are available for sale at reception.

Spa opening hours correspond with our gym opening times, but with 30 minutes to heat up/cool down:

Mon-Thurs 6:30-21:30

Fri 6:30-19:30

Sat-Sun 8:30-17:30​​
