The Atrium Weight-Loss Community

Introducing our new program to support those with weight-loss goals. Get results or your money back!

Weight loss is one of, if not the biggest, reason for people to join a gym, get a PT or start exercising in general. Which is not surprising when 64% of the UKs population is considered overweight or obese by the Government.

Here at the Atrium we are very much aware of the wants, needs and goals of our members when it comes to weight loss, and whilst we are told we are doing a great job at the moment of providing amazing classes, in-body scans and programs for you - we want to do more!

Which is why we are launching the Atrium Weight-loss Community (AWC).

This Community will be made up of likeminded individuals working together to build an environment where you can educate yourselves, interact with professionals in the industry and most importantly feel comfortable on your journey of weight-loss.

And the best thing? If you don’t lose weight, you’ll get your money back!

What's included in the Atrium Weight-loss Community

First step:

  • A 20 minute initial consultation call with an Atrium PT where we will talk through your goals, struggles and set expectations for the program

  • An initial in-body scan to record your body composition and know exactly where we are starting

  • You will be provided with a class structure, or gym program to follow for the next 4 weeks

  • You will be set 3 non-negotiable tasks to tick off on a weekly basis. These 3 tasks will be based around movement & nutrition.

Once your initial ‘set-up’ is complete we will then hold weekly drop-in sessions/workshops that you are welcome to attend, but are not mandatory. These sessions can be used to bounce questions off of PTs, engage with other people within the Community, or to just simply listen to others.

On the first Monday of every month we will have our weigh-ins.

"And the best thing? If you don’t lose weight, you’ll get your money back!"

How do I get involved?

With the AWC onboarding process starting in November, we have opened a waiting list prior to our launch.

If this is something you are interested in being part of, or you would like to find out more information, then please contact us.
