What to expect during Reading Festival week

As Reading Festival prepares to welcome 100,000 people over the weekend, The Atrium is also host to teams of staff for the festival, as you may notice from the many campervans and tents that arrive to our fields!

We love working with Festival Republic to support this event and in recent years, we've hosted Festival Medical Services, Security Teams, and other Festival staff. This year, we will have them on site again from 18th - 25th August.

Changes for our members

GYM: We have worked to minimise the impact on our gym members- our opening hours will not change, other than our usual Bank Holiday hours of 8am-8pm on Monday 25th.

CLASSES: We have created a temporary class timetable for the week which you can see here, please note we will not have any classes in the studio, but class only members are welcome to use the gym at no extra cost for this week:

PARKING: Our main car park is still for exclusive use of gym members. You can access the site as normal, and we hope there is minimal disruption.

BAR: We hope our members enjoy the Festival atmosphere- the bar will be open late all this week and members are welcome to join and make the most of their 20% members discount.

Festival visitors

HEALTH CLUB ACCESS: If you're visiting Reading for the festival, you're welcome to use our facilities including our new spa and showers. Please see our prices below, and visit reception to purchase passes:

• Week pass- spa, showers, gym and classes £45

• Week pass- showers, gym and classes £30

• Day pass- spa, showers, gym £20

Please note that we do not provide towels for the spa, and a £5 deposit is required for access wristbands.

CAFE/BAR: Our reception sells hot drinks throughout the day, and our bar is open late every night, with dart boards and table tennis for you to enjoy.

PARKING: Please do not leave any cars in our main car park- this is for gym users only. You must park in your designated areas by Reading Festival.
